Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 30, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Element editor, developer platform, web dashboard, and API endpoints.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, running local installation files, or accessing our remote code-routing API clusters, you agree to comply with these terms, which are provided by Vicstella Technologies. If you do not accept these policies, you must immediately uninstall our software and cease active connections.

2. Account Creation & Verification

To prevent security exploits, billing abuse, and DDoS behaviors on our API tiers, you must supply valid, verifiable credentials during setup. Account access is secured via email OTP verification. Sharing active credentials or billing seats is not permitted.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Your Code Remains Yours

You preserve exclusive, uncompromised copyright ownership over any local code directories, prompt instructions, imported Figma vectors, or resulting source code compiled by Element. We claim zero copyright interest in your generation results, and you are fully authorized to license, distribute, sell, or deploy your output under your own terms.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to bypass established safety filters, execute scraping scripts, attempt server decompilation, or inject malicious prompts designed to trigger system exploit parameters. Exploitative behaviors will result in immediate seat termination without refund.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Figma Usage Limits

We provide five distinct subscription tiers (Starter, Basic, Pro, Premium, and Max) detailed on our active Pricing Page. Recurring seats are billed monthly and renew automatically.

  • Figma Translation Limits: Figma to UI code translations are subject to seat-specific limits per plan (for example, up to 10 conversions per month on our Basic tier).
  • Usage Expiry: Unused hybrid query slots or translation limits do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
  • Refund Policy: Payments are generally non-refundable except where mandated by local consumer protection statutes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-generated source code is produced by third-party mathematical language models and is provided as-is without any warranties, express or implied. You retain sole operational responsibility for testing, building, reviewing, and certifying code safety before deploying it to production.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws under the jurisdiction of Vicstella Technologies.
